Our Story

In 1987, Jamie Monaghan was a single working father of a four-year-old boy, struggling to make ends meet. Though he didn’t have a lot of experience in the business world, he decided to start his own company. What he did have was a hard-working, tenacious and fighting spirit.

Jamie applied for his Landscape Contractor’s Board (LCB) license and shortly after that, began to beautify yards. Learning on the job and fighting his way through obstacles, Jamie grew his company slowly at first, but steadily. Nothing could stop Jamie from pushing through into success.

Jamie first met Colette when they were six-years-old in first grade and were finally married in January of 2016.

Now, Monaghan’s is having its best year yet and enjoying the growth that comes with inspiring perfect 5-star reviews on Google and Yelp!
